Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy- Refund is done if users not recived user credentials for Wifi hotspot after successful payment by Banking/UPI,Janwifi shall initiate refunds within 7 (Seven) business days from the date on which the cancellation from User got registered. The refund on any account will reflect in the User’s bank account within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank, in case of bank account/card refunds) from the date on which Janwifi initiates the refund. All refunds, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.

Cancellation Policy

Deactivation of service is accepted only if we received request by customers, no refund is possible after internet service is accepted.
